NT phonenet/thaicard Service Charges
- Outgoing calls from Thailand to international destinations dialing 001 prefix:
- Charged according to NT 001 service rates, starting from 9 Baht per minute for the following destinations: Alaska, Canada, China, Guam, Hawaii, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Midway/Wake, Singapore, and USA.
- For 223 other destinations, NT 001 rates will be applied.
- Outgoing calls from Thailand to overseas destinations dialing 009 prefix:
- Charged according to NT phonenet/thaicard service rates, starting from1 Baht per minute for the following 5 destinations: Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the USA.
- For 227 other destinations, NT 009 rates will be applied.
- Incoming calls to Thailand from overseas:
- Charged at 4 Baht per minute for both fixed-line and mobile numbers.
- Calls within Thailand:
- Charged at 4 Baht per minute for both fixed-line and mobile numbers.
- Calls from overseas countries to other overseas countries (3rd Country Calling):
- Charged according to the 3rd country rate.
Billing Method:
- Service rates are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
- Call charges are billed every 6 seconds (no minimum 1-minute charged).
- The same rates apply to both fixed-line and mobile numbers, 24 hours a day.

Noted:
- Cards that have expired for more than 30 days cannot be renewed.
- Cards shall expire within 12 months from the date of first use.
- If there has some mistakes at any step, press # to reprocess.
- Value Added Tax (7%) is already included in the card's value.
- IDD service charges are billed per unit (1 unit = 6 seconds).
- For any calls from overseas, if you input the card code or destination number incorrectly for 3 times, the system will transfer the call to NT Customer Service Center.
